An introductory, experiential and multi-sensorial journey into the heart of the honey bee hive to commune with the bees as living teachers. What can we discover that may have inspired the Bee Priestesses of ancient Greece? What nectars can we gather from the wisdom of the bees to awaken ourselves into higher ways of thinking and being, to transform our lives into golden sweetness.
In ancient times honey bees were considered sacred. They are a living example of harmony, vitality and a sweet celebration of life. In this introductory offering, we will tune in with some of the principles of a bee hive, in metaphorical relation to our human perspective. We will weave these aspects into our meditation and somatic movement to attune with the creative potency that the holy hive embodies and inspires for a more luminous, harmonious, abundant and love-filled life.
In the class, participants will explore:
– the honey bee as an archetype of feminine wisdom, devotion and creativity
– honey as a metaphor for spiritual alchemy and transformation
– symbolic lessons from the hive: love, sovereignty, eternal renewal, interconnectedness
– meditation and somatic practices towards embodying the essence and vibration of hive wisdom
– ancient and universal symbolism of bees and honey as emblems of divine inspiration, abundance and the soul’s journey.
Come discover how the smallest creatures offer one of the greatest teachings: that true gold is not mined from the earth, but patiently crafted within the heart.
